3. Products & Availability

The products offered in our online store are available to customers within Switzerland.

All product descriptions, prices and availability are provided to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct errors and make changes at any time.

4. Products

TATSTRASH offers authentic vintage and designer items, as well as selected new products.

Vintage items are pre-owned and may show signs of age or previous use. Any visible signs of wear are described to the best of our knowledge and shown in the product photos. Product images form part of the product description.

5. Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider. TATSTRASH is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of TATSTRASH until full payment has been received.

9. Returns & Claims

As we primarily sell vintage, pre-owned and one-of-a-kind items, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges.

If an item differs significantly from its description or has a major defect that was not disclosed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tatstrash@gmail.com. Each claim will be reviewed individually.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, TATSTRASH shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

11. Privacy

Information on how we collect and process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of residence.
